APPROACH
At Abu Dhabi Oil Co., Ltd. (Japan) (ADOC), we are excited to share our 11

annual Sustainability Report, covering activities over the period of January 1 ,

2021, to December 31 , 2021. This report demonstrates our social, economic, and

environmental achievements, as well as areas of improvement moving forward.
This reporting practice helps to reflect on our achievements during the past year
and work on our management procedures to guide our future activities for the
benefit of our employees, stakeholders, the community, and environment.
